ActionQ licenses never expire but are non-transferable. Each license is restricted to one organization and cannot be sold or transferred to another organization. If you operate a Software-as-Service, cloud, or service-bureau type of operation whereby ActionQ uses data, emails, or folders that belong to client organizations, you should arrange for a license purchase for each of these client organizations.

Licenses are per-machine (each license permits deployment to one machine).

The default version is 64-bit. A 32-bit version is available upon request (in case your data sources require a 32-bit ODBC driver).

Pricing depends on Quantity as follows:

License purchases include free upgrades to new versions for 3 years from date of purchase.
Support is provided via paid online consulting sessions or by referring to recommended consultants.

Return Policy: Millet Software provides a free 30-day evaluation of all software products. This allows prospective buyers to evaluate the software to ensure it meets their needs before purchasing. Hence, no software returns are allowed after a purchase.

Shipping: within 24 hours, but typically much faster, you will receive an email message with instructions for downloading and installing the software.
